Bella and Wags Pet Supplies - Returns Policy

At Bella and Wags Pet Supplies, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. We strive to provide high-quality pet products, but we also recognise that situations may arise where a return is required. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

 

  1. Faulty Products:
  • Products can be returned if they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
  • Ensure you have proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or order confirmation.
  • Please mail back to Bella and Wags Pet Supplies by contacting our Customer Care team for details via customercare@bellaandwags.com.au . Once we receive the faulty product back, we will issue a refund via the same method the product was purchased with.

  • Prior to returning any product, please contact our customer service team at customercare@bellaandwags.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Clearly explain the issue and provide photographic evidence of the fault or damage.

Packaging:
  • Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

  1. Returns Postage:
  •  The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

  1. Return Address:
  • Products must be returned to Bella and Wags Pet Supplies. The return address will be provided in the return authorisation email once you report this via our Customer Service team at customercare@bellaandwags.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

  1. Refund or Replacement:
  • Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to determine eligibility.
  • If eligible, you may choose between a refund or a replacement, as applicable. If a refund is issued, it must be issued via its original method of payment. For example, if you used a credit card, then we will refund via credit card. It is your responsibility to ensure your original methos of payment is up to date and valid.

 

Exceptions:

  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as pet food, grooming products, and personalised items are non-returnable.
     
  1. Change of Mind:
  • We do not accept returns for products due to a change of mind. Please consider your purchase carefully. You must also take full responsibility when choosing a product that has dimensions. Please measure carefully.
